There are tastes which are sweet at first
And end up bitter
And there are those which start unpleasant
But are followed by sweetness after all
The suffering for the Master
Is of the second kind
It's a longing that may hurt
Even when He is present
This pain carries the source of all sweetness
When this feeling vanish
And we feel comfortable
All get superficial and without depth
We enjoy attachments and get hurt
The Master's Grace uplift you
By bringing one back to suffer for Him
And to feel this longing
that pulls us To God's Feet
The Master's touch destroy the false ideas
Of happiness and comfort
Annihilates every safe place
that the mind could find
This sweet suffering is the nectar of God
Enjoy every time the Master allows you to suffer for Him
Sing His Name with an open and crushed heart
